NoveList K-8 is an online readers' advisory tool aimed at elementary and middle school students. NoveList K-8 helps readers find new books based on books they've read or on topics in which they are interested. It also includes book talks, picture book extenders, and Curricular Connections articles that will guide faculty to new titles and new ways for translating curriculum standards into classroom action.

Novelist Plus is an electronic reader's advisory resource that assists fiction readers in finding new authors and titles. Novelist allows readers to use a favorite author or title as a template to locate other authors and titles of interest. It contains materials for all ages.

The Ocean City Free Public Library Newspaper Archive is now only available as in-library-access only, similar to many of our other online databases. These changes have been put in place due to copyright restrictions.

Through the Palace app, library users can access over 20,000 items curated by the Digital Public Library of America, opens a new window and the New Jersey State Library. Users can access the Palace app on their preferred mobile device or tablet via download from the Apple or Google Play stores.

The process for signing up is completely self-contained within the Palace app, and will require only an email address and authentication through geolocation (anywhere in NJ). We’ve outlined instructions below.
